    I have 2 different companies using the same app as part of their crm. When using this app, I've had several cut offs and I get static at times. Also my phone goes to sleep while on a call and that also cuts the call. I have to manually keep touching the screen to keep it awake while in the app. There needs to be a setting that allows the app to keep the phone awake while on a call. This doesn't happen with other phone apps. Not sure how to solve that problem.

    Not the greatest crm, but good potential for customer outreach. I've been using this for about a week now and while there are definitely some pros to the app and platform there are some cons on the app side that annoy me. Worst bug of them all is the fact I can't make a phone call and then keep the phone call connected while I go over to the client card to verify their information. The fact it hung up on my client was not good at all.

    It's an awesome app to use to help manage our clients campaigns, especially on mobile devices instead of logging in on website. Only problem, it freezes up a lot and won't load or open lots of times recently on my Samsung Note 9. Now it doesn't work at all. Won't open and now clients can't access either. So frustrating and wish it would get fixed ASAP!

    Update 3/2020 app is very buggy, won't let me send new messages within the app. Keeps saying phone number is invalid and this is on every new instance of a new #. I have to load it on chrome, input the same info, then send from there. chrome version is not bootstrap so have to load browser version and is not great experience. App will not show messages of any kind on load. App does not do push notifications.

    The app closes every time you end a call and it doesn't even open back up to the page you were on. It's super frustrating. If this was resolved, it would be a good app. As of now, it's not usable for calling leads.

    How can you describe this app as "Text messaging for small businesses, reach customers, confirm appointments" when the text messaging doesn't work? Every single phone number I try gets an error message that I need to input a valid mobile number. I'm signed up & I see all my contacts but can't text them. Fix that & your app might be worth the effort

    👎👎👎Not worth it better to use zapier. As for text use textbelt and cheaper option. Also, they don't have the option to cancel the subscription to many loops to go through to do that they make complicated so they keep drawing money from you 😉

    I've been using for 2 months and the app glitches daily or freezes. If you need the app to communicate it is not a sustainable way to connect with customers, since the app is unpredictable. When it works it half works because there is a strong likely hood there may be delays with loading, blank screens, black screens etc as mentioned in the reviews.

    Useful App if I could get the features to work.. 1. Your support button does work. I click on it and nothing happens. 2. I can make outgoing calls.. just hangs up every number I call. 3. Can't or Don't know how to set up push notifications for text messages 4. There's no "Settings" button Texting functionality is ok. Loads a bit slowly sometimes, but its useful.

    Terrible UI and functionality "improvements" with the recent update. Adding a quick appointment via app is a hassle now. I don't know why you'd remove the ability to add a new customer directly to the calendar like before...

    Amazing app. So easy and simple to use. Brilliant for working on the go and taking your clients with you. It's put together so well, I have never experienced any technical issues since using it for almost a year. Very please and satisfied
